- You can send emails for free, as you wish
- Unlimited number of messages
- All profiles are set up with an email address, so everyone can receive emails
How do I inform team members via email?
Send email as free text
- Press at the top right
- Press Inbox
- Press at the bottom right
- Select recipients, which may be:
- Everyone on the team
- Specific people
- All coaches
- All parents
- etc.
- Define a title for the email in the Subject field
- Write the content of the mail
- Attach file if necessary
- Add a login link to each recipient's personal SportMember profile
- Finish with the green Send button
Send an email about a specific activity
- Access the activity via Calendar or at the bottom of the screen
- Press at the bottom right
- Press Send notification
- Press Email
- Follow the steps shown above
Go to your Inbox to send an Email
- Make sure you are in the team whose members you want to send an email to.
- Click at the top right of your profile
- Click on the green button New E-Mail
Here you are now asked to put in the following:
- Select recipients, which may be:
- Everyone on the team
- Specific people
- All coaches
- All parents
- etc.
- Define a title for the email in the Subject field
- Write the content of the mail
- Attach file if necessary
- Add a login link to each recipient's personal SportMember profile
- Finish with the green Send button
